I play Tiger as single with a willingness to engage in one-night stands for the sake of gaining information as part of his skill set being an agent of subterfuge. When it comes to intimacy with other characters, he will only do so if he has an established relationship with them, and will rarely return physical affection unless a relationship has gone beyond simple physical attraction. I also play Tiger as bisexual with a preference towards heterosexuality considering his last and longstanding relationship, that he still grieves over, had been with Alia. That doesn't mean he'll reject a gay relationship, as his attraction is mostly based on trust over physical attributes. 

Any ship or cross canon is fine.
